Coldwell Banker Mendo Realty and Mark Berry reunited after a two year break! While I was gone I earned a real estate broker license in Nevada and learned the new home sales market. I was busy but did not make alot of money. I am back here for only a month now and already have two escrows going and I am working on three listings! It is great to run into old friends and clients and be back with my office family at Coldwell. For those that dont know me I started my real estate career at the age of 24 right here in Willits. Earned a broker license in 1987. I specialize in country property and ranch sales. I have sold alot of homes too! I am known in the business being great at follow through. It is great being back home because I know my area instinctively. Knowledge is very important in my job and makes me an essential element in your real estate search.
